i just return home. feel so tired... i even have not take shower yet. hehehe.. :p suddenly memories when I attend my English course with my high school friend, I have an usual experience. We studied about superstitious phenomena. As we know Indonesia  have so many supertitous thing.

My theacher  asked us to make a mini talk about superstitious phenomena because for the next meeting  we will follow promotion test. So she need to take our speaking skill mark. She gave us some time to create our mini talk.  We had finished the mini talk and  time for us to perform in front of the class.

The first perform was presented by Hamdi, he told us about unusual dream, he said if he dream about holding party that’s mean one of your  family will pass away soon.  And all student has their own turn to present their mini talk. They tell about going under a ledder can bring you bad luck, if break a mirror, you will have seven years of bad luck, hit a cat might bring you to a bad luck, etc. when I was listening to them I got bored, because I often hear that superstition. But, when I heard Utty superstition story, I excited, the reason why I got excited to hear her story is, she told us about Bunian people. bunian people is kind of  ghost. But their appearance likely a man. They like to hunt a baby and holding party in the middle of night. After I heard Utty’s story, on my way home I felt someone wishpering me. For the first time I thought that just my feeling because I was too tired that’s why I felt some one wishper to me, but the mysterious voice became louder and louder. Hmmm im sorry I cant continue my story, because it’s really make me scared.   Ok let’s talk about something else ok? Hmm I stil talk about superstition.

Do you know Pesugihan? Pesugihan is a form of ritual to ask for wealth from a supernatural power. Usually people got o a place like mount to meet a sorcerer. The sorcerer will give them instructions to be carried out later as a requirement for the wealth asked. After the requirements have been fulfilled, a sudden wealth is expected. However, to maintain the wealth, offering must be given to the supernatural creature they worship.

There are many supernatural creatures that people usually worship to get wealth, for example Nyi Roro  Kidul, or Nyi Blorong. Many people do that as a shortcut to be rich. They’re ready to sacrifice everything to get what they want. Sometimes they even forget all the consequences of this ritual, like losing the lives or their loved ones. You see, these supernatural creatures usually ask offering of the soul of the people related the worshippers in order to keep the wealth given by the creatures.

For me, that unlogical. But that really happen, I don’t know how it happened. But I see this ritual as an act againt God. Every religion teaches us to ask for anything from God and not to get too obsessed with wealth. In addition Pesugihan also bring us more problems than the fortunate itself.

Mens brains has a lot of space for handling the analytical process. They can analyze and find the solution for a process and design a map of a building easily. But If a complex map is viewed by women, they can not understand it. Women can not understand the details of a map easily, For them it is just a dump of lines on a paper.

4. CAR DRIVING.
While driving a car, mans analytical spaces are used in his brain. He can drive a car fastly. If he sees an object at long distance, immediately his brain classifies the object (bus or van or car) direction and speed of the object and he drives accordingly. Where woman take a long time to recognize the object direction/ speed. Mans single process mind stops the audio in the car (if any), then concentrates only on driving.

5. LYING
When men lie to women face to face, they get caught easily. Womans super natural brain observes facial expression 70%, body language 20% and words coming from the mouth 10%. Mens brain does not have this. Women easily lie to men face to face.
So guys, do not lie face to face.

6. PROBLEMS SOLVING
If a man have a lot of problems, his brain clearly classifies the problems and puts them in individual rooms in the brain and then finds the solution one by one. You can see many guys looking at the sky for a long time. If a woman has a lot of problems, her brain can not classify the problems. she wants some one to hear that. After telling everything to a person she goes happily to bed. She does not worry about the problems being solved or not.

7. WHAT THEY WANT
Men want status, success, solutions, big process, etc... But Women want relationship, friends, family, etc...

8. UNHAPPINESS
If women are unhappy with their relations, they can not concentrate on their work. If men are unhappy with their work, they can not concentrate on the relations.

9. SPEECH
Women use indirect language in speech. But Men use direct language.


10. HANDLING EMOTION
Women talk a lot without thinking. Men act a lot without thinking.

Flicking through the Dolly Magazine doing some research on how to design a magazine for English Assessment , I found a interesting article about lie detector . I think this is quite interesting because you can know whether someone is lying to you just by looking into their eyes . Oh well , so please beware if you are trying to lie me . Ya i mean you you you ! 

The 1st type of eye is Looking Up To The Left :

Liar : If you asked someone about the colour of their dream car , they'll look in this direction while imagine it in their mind .

2nd type Looking Up To The Right :

Truth Teller : People look in this direction when they are remembering an image . If you ask someone about the colour of their car , they'll look here .
Indicator : Usually Remembered Image

3rd type Looking Left To The Middle :

Liar : People look like this when they are imagining a sound . If you ask someone what they are imagine their crush will say tomorrow , they'll look this way . 
Indicator : Auditory Contrusted.

4th type Looking Right To The Middle :

Truth Teller : People looking this way when they are remembering a sound . If you ask what their crush said yesterday , they'll look like this .
Indicator : Auditory Remembered .

5th type Looking Down To The Left :

Hard to tell : Someone who looks this way is accessing their feelings .

Spread Love With Slum Area's Kids

As  we know, Indonesia as development country still have many problems. One of the promlem is poverty. The poverty that happened in Indonesia also give many bad effect, like crime, health, human resouirces, and kids. Kids are need good plece for their living, because they still in grow. But unfortunately, some of them must live in slum areas because their parents are poor people. It’s certain give bad effect for  kids like their health, and their education. Therefore we can find many problems for kids slum areas.

Firstly living in slum areas is not safe for those kids, their parents as poor people, they did not have enough money to fulfil need of their family. So that, they abused chilresn to work. For example, we can see at the street, there are many kida are work as beggars or street musicians. As we know they need time to playing and learning. But they cant get it if they are abused to work. Then, about theit health. Kids that live in slum areas are not only bad for their safety but also about their health. Slum areas are bad for everyone. An adult unusual l live in slum areas because will get disturb of health, even less kids that susceptible to desease. Third, about their education. The children that live in slum cant get education as as good as common children, and the consequently they become uneducated people, so they usually do criminal things, like steal or even sex criminal. And commonly that caused by uneducated people.

So, there are so many problem that caused by kids that live in slum areas. Kids are need good place for their growing and the government should give their attention for this problem, because kids are who determine the future of our county. And for us, as human being cannot just ignore these less fortunate children. They need our help, hopefully in the future we are not going to see such heart pain scenes as we see in our country.

Dina ,my friend just started in her school environmrnt club. One day after club’s meeting, she went to a chinese restaurant. When an elderly waiter set bamboo chopsticks at her table, she made a point of reaching into her purse and pulling out her own pair. “ as an environmenalist,” she declared, “I do not aprrove of destroying bamboo forests for throwayay utensils.” The waiter paid a closer look at Dina’s chopsticks. “very beautiful, “he said politely. “they’re ivory.” LOL

hmmm... when we talked about candy, have you ever think that every country have a specila candy.

here comes, the kind of candy which I know.

1.Turikish delight (Turiskh)

do you still remember The Choronicales of Narnia The Lion, The witch and the Wardrobe? in this film Edmund told to White Witch that the his favorite candy is Turiskh delight. did you know? the candy has been produced 15th century ago. it's very famous in europe especially in England. and one more thing the taste is good.

2. Nougat (French)

when you have a trip to French, don't forget to taste this treditional candy clled nougat the yummy candy was made by using sugar or honey, pistachio peanut, almond huzelnut and fruit. each nougat have difrent texture. it has soft texture and coarse .texture depends on material was used. not only texture, the colour also different

. white nougat was made from egg , and brown nougat (nougatine) was made from caramel.

3. Li Hing Mui (china)

the candy was made from dry palm and 'li hing" it taste sweet, sour, and salty. do you know 

li Hing Mui is good for sorethroat sufferer for the 1st time we just can find in China but since 1990 the candy was brought to Hawaii by asian (Yee Sheoung)

I miss my honey, a guy that have been with for long time. we broke up during valentine's day. i miss him as in our happy moment, not any sad moment. i promised myself i wouldnt drop a tear for him again. again, i found his photo inside my computer. i thought i deleted all of them. but actually there is a hidden back-up folder that i had forgetten. i cried so badly today. really very badly. i cried almost 3 hours.there is a suddenly flash back about me and him. the moment that we had go throught and the things that had happened.

It was 12 o'clock something , your phone was out of credit and same as mine too . You used all your way to find someone reload for you , just to talk to me and make sure i am alright . I knew you did cry , you heart pain me why i still cry for him , you dislike me hiding all my feelings to myself , you don't dare to scold me because you knew i don't like it . I can see that you truly love me , and the way you treat me made me felt that i have the best boyfriend in the world .

Although we have been together not so long , but we had already planned our future . Planning families , honeymoon , weeding date , children and so on silly things . Maybe that's fact , you and me have been classmate for so long , but only become couples after i left . We knew this relationship is not easy to walk through , but we grab our hand and walk together .

Every morning , either you or me will wake up each other . Every night 12 o'clock , you and me will pass together on phone counting down days that we have gone through and days that i gonna come back . Maybe you ain't the most handsome , broad-shoulder, smartest , and rich boyfriend that every girls used to dream of . But for me , you are the best boyfriend that taught me  TRUST and TRUTH in our relationship .

The way you treat me , the way you talk to me , the way you understanding me had made me felt what love really is . Maybe other people will think that I am only 16 and you are only 20 , it is too fast to talk about our future . Please shut up and i don't need you to care my stuff .

You told me , as for a couple , we shouldn't just share the happiness together but sadness as well . What is a boyfriend for ? A guy that you share your everything with him , a guy that cheer you up , a guy that love you , a guy that listen to what you say and a guy who understand you the most . That's so true . If i don't have the past relationship , i wouldn't know that love is that powerful , i wouldn't know that love is that joyful , i wouldn't know that love can be that free , i wouldn't know that who myself , Sovia really is .

A lot of people think that , it's just love . A relationship that had passed and will never come back again . I called it off , i made my decision not to look back . I promised myself i won't tear for you again , i promised 

i will slowly put down , i promised my parents i won't go back again
